Comments: I am a passionate Thermomix user, my ethic background is Chinese, and I grew up in Cairns, North Queensland, Australia. I've lived in Switzerland for the last 25 years. I think I'm one of the few English speaking Thermomix consultants in Switzerland. If you're one or know of anyone, I'd love it if you would contact me.
I decided I needed a challenge at 50, and I'm back at Uni (ZH) in my final year in a PhD in molecular biology. I'm working on a receptor that may be involved in Intestinal Bowel Disease (Crohn's disease and Ulcerative colitis).
After I'm done with my thesis, I would love to give cooking classes, using the Thermomix to help out. And I would also be interested in starting up an English speaking group in the Aargau/Zurich area.
