Hi,
Did you follow the recipe as stated or did you add your own dressing? Did you add the tuna?
I made it as stated (with tuna) and it was absolutely awful...lol..

ClareN rarely posts Sarah so don't expect an answer too quickly.  Maybe someone else may have done this one and can give some advice, it is not the sort of thing I would like.

I made this tonight. I put in a tin of four bean mix and added some raw cashews. It is very bland and needs something else, perhaps add some fresh herbs, not one of my fav dishes so far. I have a much nicer nutty brown rice salad that I used to make pre TMX I must dig it out and post it.
