We have had to say a final farewell to Roger who was with us for nearly 17 years  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
Found these lovely pics of him with DD. We all miss him terribly  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

So sad for you and the family Gayle. Our pets are such a huge part of our lives. 17 years is a good long life for a dog but he will be much missed. Lovely photos to treasure.

Well I just heard from my lovely Pitch  Black Fitch and Elvis in doggy heaven and they are so happy to meet Roger. They will be showing him the ropes and keeping him busy. There are lots of Forum doggies there and they have sort of formed their own club talking about the great meals we cooked for them. They do sort of miss the special tid bits but are all well fed and happy as.

How sad for you and your family Gayle.  I'm sure he will be sadly missed.

We don't have any pets of our own at the moment but GDs labrador and I have a real love affair going. :D  She will sit at my feet and demand that I hold her paw. :D
