Was that Louis' first visit to a museum Denise?
No Judy he's visited museums before but with only being four his attention span is limited LOL

We visited Great Missenden Food Festival today. It was great looking at locally produced food.

Lovely long weekend in Margaret River. It was pretty cold and rained most of the time, but lovely sitting by the fire that DH kept stoked. Not even a good phone coverage which was nice, lol.
We visited an Olive oil farm where they make a beautiful range of skin care products and lovely edibles like chutneys, sauces, pests etc. lots of free tastings, and a few purchases.
Also visited the Providore (owned by Margaret river chocolate Co), we bought a beautiful bottle of Chocolate coffee liqueur., and some pickles.

At least you still managed to do the touristy thing Katj and the roaring fire would have been so nice to relax in front of.

It sounds perfect Katj. When we had the Forumfest at Gracetown we all went to that Olive place. I have been back since. They have lovely stuff.

We attended a funeral this morning. It was for the mother of my brother's partner. I do not like funerals, they are too sad.

I've had a lovely day out with Probus. Firstly a visit to the Fire Station in the city, plenty of coming and going of fire engines whilst we were there and quite a few firies to get some of the girls' hearts fluttering  Onto a hotel just out of the city for lunch, our first visit for most of us and the choices on the seniors' menu was terrific.  A long, slow lunch and a good laugh on the bus on the way home - I enjoyed my 'me day'.

It sounds lovely Judy. I love how the firies can get the ladies hearts a flutter. When ever we had a visit at school from the boys in red all the female staff would check them out thoroughly.

I spent today unpacking suitcases and cooking after getting home late last night from a business & pleasure trip (DH business, I just tagged along! ;) ) and finding I had nothing much left in the freezer to pack in lunchboxes or for us to eat!  ;D
Had a wonderful time! 10 days in NZ  ;D
:D

Astarra, I hope you got to spend a little time with DH in NZ. What a beautiful place, I would love to re-visit some day.
I hope you had someone to look after the girls for those days, not always possible, I know.

A lovely spring day, perfect for sprucing up the pergola area whilst the mechanic was here servicing my car this morning.

Hope your DD's results are good Robyn.
