I had a chuckle over the kids arguments. Typical of kids. A good move with the timer Judy.

That's funny Judy.

Have been at the hospital for most of the day. Don is fine, he asked me to make him a cup of tea to go with his lie down.  :-)) Discharge tomorrow after review. He really wants me to go to Melbourne next week but I just wouldn't feel right leaving him by himself.

No way Mich. There is always next year or you and Don can go to Melbourne for a break. I'm really pleased he is fine. Take care both of you.

He will have an angioplasty fairly soon, see a dietitian and join the cardiac programme in our area.

Our parcel post man  had a surprise for me today. He delivered the thermomix book Festive Flavours to me from HO. My Beetroot dip is in it so they sent me a free copy. I was tickled pink. I haven't had a really good look yet but it is produced well.

I love your beetroot dip Cookie. It was one of the first things I tried 4 years ago when I got my TMX.

Picked up Don from hospital he has the rest of the week off work.
As he needs to take things easy for the next week he's thinking up things to do around the house that aren't too strenuous. He's decided to paint the back deck. So I got the job of pressure cleaning it and then I decided to keep going and clean the driveway.  Pooped now so have knocked off for the day.
