Food looks fabulous Katie.
Did you use tandoori colouring in the butter chicken or red food dye?

Tandoori colour I bought from an Asian shop Kimmy.
I don't think it's really necessary, but it does make it look like real butter chicken.

Your meal looks great Katie, we love the skinnymixers butter chicken,  did you have trouble getting the whole spices out? I forgot last time to remove them.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

No, no real trouble Jen. Once it's cooked I spoon it from Thermie into the Thermoserver and I look for them.
I count them going in and again as I take them out, to ensure I get them all.

I have my window cleaner coming tomorrow so this past week or so I've been doing the rest of the 'spring' cleaning - inside and out.  This morning I've had the blower out and done right around the house, tidied up the artificial grass in the back yard by giving that a good blow whilst I was at it.  I then squirted down all the pavers, concrete etc and everything is looking so lovely and clean all ready for the final job - I love my window cleaner, he does such a wonderful job and that's the one job I refuse to do myself. Off to visit DH soon to have a rest.

I would love a window cleaner at my house Judy.. :)
My whole front of the house is windows, and sliding glass doors.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Apart from a Podiatry appointment and making a Raw Caramel Cheesecake for DH, I am going to have a nap this afternoon, cas our dear little cat kindly brought a live rat into our bedroom at 3am at let it go under the bed.  I vacated the room in a flash, don't think my feet even hit the floor. Poor D H was left in the bedroom to deal with it. Had to take mattress off in order to move the bed, it went behind dressing table so that was moved also. By the time he cornered it, we were well and truly awake.
Only good thing that came of it, was that I got to vacuum under the bed, which hadn't been shifted for a while. :o

I hope you've managed a nap Katj.
I hate seeing a mouse let alone a rat - I'd have been with you, running from the room.

That's the problem with cat and doggie doors, they can bring in or let anything in.  I would have been right behind you Katj  :D
