hello all, quite cold here this morning, we have the fire on already. A bit rainy weather too.

Well today after 4 weeks of gutting the toilet, bathroom, ensuite, all will be finished by today.

New everything, so it is looking great, then I can clean the dust out of the house and cook. ;)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

The Creswick swap was great. Small group of about 30 people. 2 men organise the event.. 2 tables are set up. One near the wood fired oven, ( that was lit at 6.30 am. ), and another for the swap. There is free tea and coffee and Norm continually cooks SD based Pizzas. They are vegetarian and delicious. He cooks the base in the oven and then flips it. This cooked side is topped with semi cooked veggies, all donated. He mixes the Mozzarella with the veggies which helps them stick together, when put back into oven.   He also adds a touch of curry powder and top them with cooked onion.
The SD Alaskan hot cakes that I took were heated in the woodfired oven. Next month I have been asked to take recipes. The jam that I took also disappeared quickly.
I got lemons and limes, an ornamental ginger root, a lettuce plant and some lemon butter.

Obbie, glad your bathroom renos are finished.

I'm glad you're now in with the locals at the Creswick market Chookie, right up your alley and they're going to love all the goodies you put on the swap table in future.

Everything sounds as though it is going well Chookie and Robyn.

Great news your new bathrooms are all completed Robyn.

Chookie the Cresswick swap sounds delightful. I'm sure you are going to have fun at this new venue.

Another cool day here. A good walk with Chance this morning, being the weekend it was very quiet on the footpaths and local roads.

Morning all.
It is cold this morning .4 degrees. 9 expected during the day.
Last night we attended the GC school music concert. It continues to amaze us with the talent of these kids. A large group are off to Germany in a few weeks to compete in an International music event.

Have a great day everyone.
Robyn, bet you're glad to have the renos completed. Enjoy your new bathroom.
Chookie, your Cresswick market sounds great, when we stayed in a Melbourne a few weeks back DS took us to a farmers market in a place called Ayrly (I may have the spelling wrong). It was very impressive!
The one thing that I still think about was the fresh Walnuts from a local farmers trees. So fresh and creamy tasting.

Hi friends.
A cloudy day here today with a chance of rain showers through out the day. No walk with Chance this morning as I'm off with a friend to sell at a carboot sale. Taking all the stuff that didn't go last time LOL.
I'll report back ;)
