Hi friends.
A beautiful sunny day here. Its a long weekend in the UK.
A lovely walk with Chance this morning. There were House Martin's and Swallows dipping and diving catching insects just above the surface of the fields. Its wonderful to watch as they will soon be migrating back south.Of course Chance thought he could catch them but the birds were too fast  ;D

Yes thank you Judy she had a wonderful time.  All the cooking and extra work was worth the effort.
We now have 1 GD on her P plates and 2 with L plates.  It made us feel so old when they all drove off :(

Hi friends.
A dark wet start to the day here.Chance and I got caught in a particularly heavy shower so not an enjoyable walk this morning.I'm warming up with a cup of coffee and Chance is snoozing wrapped in a towel.

Glad to hear your GD party was a success Margaret.

Morning all.
We have been told that this was the coldest winter in 26 years. First day of Spring today , although we are 6 weeks behind Melb with the flowers.
Margaret, glad all went well with the party.
Gardeners finally finished. Have done a fab job. Will be sorry to leave it.

Good morning everyone.  We had an early taste of spring sunshine but today it's raining.

Holidays are great Robyn, take as many as you are able.

I'm sure you'll whip those Ballarat garden beds into action once you've settled in there Chookie and what you've done at Cherokee will be another great selling point for prospective buyers.
