Just home after a big day at McLaren Vale with DH's family, we had lunch celebrating DH's birthday (which is on Monday). The desserts I took were enjoyed by everyone.

A dozen mini choc mousses and a golden gaytime cheesecake (recipe from TRTLMT).

Cheesecake looks fabulous Katie. I've had my eye on that one for awhile. How rich is it?
Happy birthday to DH for Monday.

Just back from my walk.It was lightly snowing when I left home with Chance but by the time I got three quarters of the way round it had turned to sleet. Not a great amount of snow about 1cm.

It's very very rich Kimmy. Everyone raved about it and said they loved it, MIL had 2 pieces. I'm not sure how she ate it, as its so rich (I have a sweet tooth, but I couldn't have gone back for seconds).

I'd hate to think how many calories are in it.
