I had some leftover cooked quinoa and thought I would try this recipe since I had all the ingredients. Went to the forum and hmm, no one has made it before so I could know whether to attempt it, as it doesn't look very nice!!
So I boldly went where no thermomixer has gone and made this tonight.
Well, low and behold it actually tastes pretty damn good. Looks terrible though!
It is probably better as a side dish, or as a base with some grilled chicken on top, which is what I will try tomorrow night with the leftovers.

Also, I only used 100grams of mushrooms, as they aren't my fav, but I know they add flavour to dishes.

Lol paperfreak, I will admit it doesn't look very appealing! Well done for giving it a go, and I'm glad it turned out well for you :D
Maybe some more members will try this now? ;)

Mmm, it looks a bit like my vegie scraps I blitz for the garden  :D
