I Love Philips Airfryer
Everyone knows I always like to flip turning the ingredients during airfrying, the result will be more "balance" and as well less residue will be stuck on to the basket net.

Recently my good friend Wendy taught me an excellent way to airfry chicken middle wings without need to flip turning. WoW ... great idea!! I bought a Chinese steam rack (left hand side in the picture). The gap distance is much wider than the Airfryer double rack (right hand side in the picture). All the wings can be stood up nicely and properly. It can hold around 20-22 wings in total depends on the wings' size.

The result is so perfect!

Good morning,
Did anyone watch Masterchef last night in Aus ?  Oh my goodness I loved that forest floor dessert.  I like the look of  Matt Preston's flat bread, I cup yoghurt and 2 cups SR flour. Knead together and then roll out and cook on a very hot dry  frypan.

must try it soon  Grin

Was it instant coffee?  Tea bags?

Gert

Yes

OMG! Call me a snob but I would have to take my plunger and makings.  You would think at that price you would get filtered and leaves.

In all my 70 years plus I have knowing only drunk instant coffee  on the rare occasion where I have been in a position  where it would be absolutely rude not to.  Many of my friends have been gifted a plunger and coffee  upon arrival for morning coffee. As indeed some other friends have been gifted a decent bubbles glass though that is less important as any old vessel will do. As they say"life is too short to drink bad coffee".

God I can be a pain in the ass perdista

Gert

so that means NO bushells  Kiss
