Title: Bathroom/tile scrubber
Post by: JulieO on October 05, 2012, 05:01:01 am
I bought one of these this morning from Woolies as bending down to clean the shower cubicle really kills my back..  I've just used it and it's great!  So quick and easy to use, won't be putting the job off now.  ;D

The little video shows it in action, it's called a Vileda Bath Magic.

Julie just had a look, it looks really good and great to have a report on the use.  I'm the same as you I hate the thought of getting down to the bottom of the shower. I have been using the magic spray and wipe from the forum I love this stuff.

Brenda, I have some of the magic spray marinating at the moment, won't be long and I can use it.  If it can do as good a job as Domestos, then I will use it.   :D

I use the Magic Spray as a pre-shower spray and it works really well.  I am waiting on my orange peel wash to 'mature' at the moment and I'll see how that works as well.

Can't stand the smell of Domestos so hope one or other (or both) of the above sprays / wipes works.

Good to hear you are still happy with it after years of use Jeninwa.  Anything that can make cleaning the shower recess easier has my tick of approval.  ;D

Bought one this morning, on the shelf it was marked at $15.99 but on checking my docket when I got home only charged $13.79 . I have tried it and it is good, didn't quite get into the corners properly but I can do that every now and then.

That's an even better price girls.   :D

When I used mine I turned on the shower just for a sec to wet the tiles, then squirted the Domestos here and there then used the scrubber up and down and around the walls, pushing into the corners quite hard.  I had quite a nice foam thing going on which got pushed into the corners etc. Left it for a few mins then rinsed off with the shower.   I'm really pleased at how this worked.  Am going to try it on the bath in our other bathroom next time I clean in there, should stop me from having to bend down for that too.  ;D
