SNAP!  Got the Asia & India today in the mail after seeing it on Facebook. I think I had better throw my computer in the bin as it causes me to spend so much money 

$20 for the TMix book is very expensive, but I suppose there will only be 4 throughout the year and it doesn't feel like a cheap publication. It has some very interesting articles relating to food in general, and in particular because it is TM related there is a lot of relevance to this style of cooking. There is quite a bit of reading there, so its not a 5 min throwaway trashy magazine (which cost about $5 ea)

Thank you SS for my pressie which was delivered today. I thought I would open it as the postie had ripped the parcel and paper a bit as he pushed it through the letterbox and the pen was showing and thats as good an excuse as any    A very thoughtful and handy gift, and a timely reminder as I have a mammogram appointment to confirm for December -- SS is nothing short of a mind reader!

Made this last night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Used 3 smallish green chillies from the garden and took the seeds out of one just in case it was too hot. Very easy dish and must remember to make it again.

Tenina's book arrived today - woohoo! I've picked out a recipe for tonights dinner as we have 4 people around the table tonight. Not sure about dessert, but that would be nice if I could find time. Hoping that AA's book is winging its way over soon.
