I see people on here looking for particluar diets to lose weight.
There is no need to diet if you stick to a very simple food plan which is WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASE way of eating. I used to be a avid meat eater till this year, till i had some health problems.
Now i would not look back and with the help of the thermomix it has made it a lot easier.
I think i know what i'm talking about as i've done a lot of research into this and i've made a spread sheet on all natural foods available (still in working progress) that displays the Nutrients each food contains, so if you would like a sopy of it to help you in the right direction let me know and i can send it to you. Using this simple eating habit (not diet) i've lost 6kgs in in a few months with no exersice and you've got to love that.
