Afternoon all.
Visitors gone. Very nice day. Teddy the Bulldog puppy charmed everyone. He has been given a Bulldog jumper to wear but got into the garden and wriggled out of it.
Roast duck was the best ever. I cut it into 1/4 s. Roasted at 300 in oven bag for 2 hours. When ready to eat, put it back into a hot oven and crisped up skin.

Good morning everyone.
Good luck with your plantings Denise, I've never seen a gooseberry plant here so I googled it  - the fruit looks like tiny tomatoes.

Ballarat Grammar is hosting a Bagpipe competition this Saturday. The mums have been asked to bring a plate of cake or biscuits. As DD is shifting this weekend I will make the goodies.
I made Apricot Fudge Slice today as it keeps well. Sat morning I will make Trudys Lemon Muffins.
All a bit difficult as visitors tomorrow and the cabinet makers may be coming Thursday and Friday to fit the 47 new drawers in the kitchen.
Don't tell anyone but I bought a brownie cake mix at Aldi today. Just in case.

Using vouchers the kids gave me for my 70th last September, I went to the movies then had a 90 minute massage & facial at Endota - wonderful!
How lovely Judy.You deserve pampering :-* :-*

On my walk this morning I saw this oak tree had lost a huge bough. :o Thank goodness no animals, horses or people were hurt.
Rain here later.I've been pottering around in the garden potting up Cape Gooseberries plants and a Chilli plant so they can benefit from the rainfall.

A little Judy. The instructions for it were pretty clear.

I made some Choc chip biscuits today. They had a little bit of treacle in them.
