I made this today with quite a few changes as I was baking for someone that has many food intolerances. I substituted the cocoa for coconut, the butter for nutlex and the sugar for a sweetener It turned out light and fluffy and I am very happy with the result. I am making another one now as I taste tested the original cake to many times........oops

Had this for dinner and I have only had my thermomix for one day. It was so lovely. I cooked the recipe as written even though they are only 2 of us but will have lunches for a few days. If I can do it, anyone can. Thank you for a fantastic recipe and its one we will have often.

Bread was my biggest phobia. Even when I went to demo I never thought I would cook it, but well I got over my phobia quickly and I made it first.

Thank you everyone. My new best friend arrived yesterday. I am already giving it a warm welcome. I have made some bread and then made the strawberry jam to go with it. I also had to try the mashed potato, how good is the mash, yum. This morning I made some juice and then poached some eggs, all delish. I made some vege stock and will try a recipe from here tonight. I am loving it!

Chrissa I live in the east, at the bottom of the dandenong ranges. It's a beautiful area but summer always has me edge.

Thank you for the welcome.
I am so excited, have been dreaming of a thermomix for years.
Unfortunately I had to leave my job, so money is very tight, I still have to go to hospital every 4 weeks, so hopefully will soon be saving money and eating fresh healthy food.
I am very grateful for my mums help, she loves pumpkin soup, so I am sure that will be one of my first dishes.

Hi, no mum hasn't even been to demo, yet.
I have been talking about them for years and since August last year I became quite unwell and have spent months in hospital and she wants to make sure I am able to eat healthy and not spend ages in the kitchen.

Hi, I am waiting for delivery of my new 'baby'.
I live in Melbourne and have wanted one for years, but couldn't afford it. Thanks to my mum I will be getting it in 2 weeks.
So excited!
