A Boiled Pineapple Fruit Cake, half of which has already been taken home by DS
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I cooked the SD loaves today. It was a recipe from Yoke. A Cranberry and Pistachio Chocolate loaf. It's very nice, not sweet at all as it uses cocoa, not chocolate.
DD and I made Tenina's Hazelnut Fudge Tart. Fortunately she is taking it to work tomorrow.

I've made a tuna/corn mornay to take into DH for our 30th anniversary tomorrow.  Not exciting but it will be something different and fits the bill for his 'soft food' diet.

Happy 30th Wedding Anniversary Judy. I'm sure Geoff will love his meal you cooked for him.

Nice cooking girls.

I made Almond Cake from Jo's Blue Aga. It's delicious, simple ingredients but makes a wonderful cake. I mixed the butter and sugar 40sec/speed 5. Added the rest of the ingredients and mixed 30sec/speed 5.
Made myself a green smoothie. Porridge for breakfast.
