Thanks everyone. Margaret I know how you feel, but take it easy.

I have a Classic Loaf rising with seeds in it and 50g of oatbran and some Wholemeal flour too.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Much better now thanks cookie, still remembers but doesn’t get upset anymore. One of the ladies in her lounge seems to have taken her under her wing and when I went in today Mum was upstairs playing bocce.

It must be very confusing for her Judy!  It’s lovely that you visit often.  So many people don’t get visit’s which is so sad!

Managed today to make a batch of passata & also bottle 10kgs of white peaches.  I have been making heaps of red capsicum, apple & ginger salsa!

Gosh I remember when Mum used to preserve her fruit like that.  I didn’t appreciate it when I was a kid but I would now.  Well done Trudy.

Trudy love the white peaches.  My mum also used to bottle fruit. 
I poached a large chicken breast and have been having it with salad.
Prawn stir fry for dinner.

I’m making peach and plum leather. Also make Almond Crackle bisuites last night for hospital staff.  Making Portuguese Custard this morning.
