Close. Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet eating her curds and whey.

I made some today using http://www.superkitchenmachine.com/2011/12574/make-ricotta-thermomix-recipe.html?sms_ss=facebook&at_xt=4dd1c20d4908f09a%2C0 looks good - now I just need to try to add some photos.
Also - do I just throw the whey away, or can it be used in something else?

Thank you judydawn - I always shake my head at people who ask questions without even looking for an answer - & then I go and do it  :-))
Now that I have read all about whey - I am not sure that the product that I have is actually whey...

Hi do you know how long I  warm the whey for? and at what speed?

Many thanks

Ruby

Hi Spanner,

I make ricotta cheese from whey, what is left from soft cheese/paneer/kind of mozzarella (used fresh milk and lemon juice)
Just warm the whey to 50 °C and pour through a  muslin:
