I only used half that mixture on 6 chops Hally.  How many chops do you do with it?

So maybe 40 mins, check after 35.

H we enjoyed having this tonight. I cooked them on 200, and was doing a bit of stuff on the laptop. Saved them from being too overdone, but they were still lovely with steamed sliced potato, black/purple carrots, baby zucchini and corn cobs. I'm going to make sure I have another ziploc bag of this mix made up for future use. Yummo!

12 chops have lasted us 2 nights, and on both nights my FIFO DH just raves. I'm going to make sure I have a ziploc packet of mix made up. Does anyone else have a mix they could also post? Even if it just required to be dipped in beaten egg etc, I would just write that on the bag with all the spices. Thx H you are speshal  :-*

CP, how long do you intend keeping said mixture?

What's a FIFO husband?

Mmn good question...there is fresh garlic amongst all the dried spices ??? Any ideas? If garlic is not dried in plastic ziploc bag it will go rancid probs.

Guess freezing would be the answer then.

:D :D I was trying to come up with some swear words for FIFO but not doing very well.  Never heard that one before.

CP -  I think I'd just mix the spices to keep in the ziplock . . . add garlic and EVOO just before using . . . easy enough in the TMX.

I'm going to try this rub  on some chicken today . . still wary of eating red meat thanks to (allegedly tick bite induced) allergic reaction . . >:(

Very common over here with all the mining going on. A lot of my girlfriends wish their DH'S were FIFO   ;)
