Paprika Chicken
This is best if marinaded over night
Marinade Ingredients
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons runny honey
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon grain mustard
Place these into the bowl and mix together 5 seconds, speed 2.

Preparation
6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, hammered until 2.5cm thick.
Place chicken in a shallow bowl and pour the marinade over. This is best left overnight or at least several hours.
Remove chicken from the marinade and brush with a little oil. KEEP THE MARINADE.
Cook the chicken 3-5 minutes each side and remove.
Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and add 6 tablespoons water. Boil over a high heat and use as a sauce for the chicken.

Sorry I forgot to take a photo. This is easy and delicious. It is based on a Mary Berry recipe.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
