We had lamb roast with roast spud, sweet potato and pumpkin, peas and cauliflower purée. I use Tenina's recipe and only put a tiny bit of milk and butter in it.

Yesterday I made 'Hilda's Steak Paste'. I had forgotten how nice it was. I like savoury stuff for breakfast.

I made some sort of Snickers biscuits today. No flour in them at all. Just peanut butter, eggs, baking powder, chocolate chips and salted peanuts. The recipe is from Thermokitchen. https://www.thermo.kitchen/snickers-peanut-butter-cookie-flash/
DH loves them. Probably because they aren't really very healthy.

Made cold and flu drink , better homes and gardens , used two thermies. For dinner we had chicken drumsticks with mango chutney and honey mustard baked covered in the oven and vegetables . Really nice . DS made pancakes for breakfast and yesterday he roasted some nuts in the oven then put some honey on bake in the oven .

CC and KATIE , great cooking.
Can't believe what they charge for preserves in the shops like DJ in Melbourne. $8 to $12 for a small jar.

I used Alyce Alexandra's icecream moulds to make Thermofun's Strawberry icecream. Strawberries, honey and yoghurt. Healthy ones. http://thermofun.com/thermofun-strawberry-honey-ice-cream-recipe/

Look good Cookie. I also bought those mounds but haven't used them yet.
I didn't cook this but had it for breakfast in Kirk's Wine bar. So nice went back on second morning for another serve.

Those icecreams look good Cookie.  I would love to buy some moulds but we don't eat much icecream.

Chookie, your breakfast looks yummy, not surprised you went back again.
