Went to Anneka Manning's Christmas cooking class today. Great time. Although driving in Sydney traffic was horrid.

What a great class Michele, everything looks lovely.

This is my contribution to the nursing home trading table for Tuesday.  Finally finished, wrapped and labelled ready to take in and hand over tomorrow.  I've already taken in some long-life products and one of these lolly Christmas trees.

Lovely Mich. I have a book of hers and follow her on Instagram. It would be a fun class.

Judy, that is a lot of things. You have been very busy.

Looks like it was an interesting class, Michelle.

How did the gingerbread house go, Robyn?

Judy, those goodies look great, you have been a busy lady, haven't you.

I made bread, a sausage bake, Spanish bean stew, Nigella Lawson's breakfast bars and Mexican rice salad off recipe community (I much preferred our forum's Yummy rice salad!).

I have never made a proper Xmas Cake. Have always been given one but the friends who have made it are both in nursing home so thought I might have a go. Any suggestions?
I have started my special Xmas Pud. The one with the grated carrot. I give several as Xmas presents.
Made a braised pot of lambs kidneys and mushrooms. Frozen in single serves.
Today making Chilli jam for gifts, and a loaf of bread.
