Ooh I've been to those markets Jamberie. I'm glad I don't live in Canberra if the pollen count is high. I have enough trouble over here.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I have tried these with Nuttelex to make them dairyfree but not very successfully.
Usually Nuttelex works well but not in this case.
Does any one have any suggestions for substituting butter.
I have also tried coconut oil but also not successful.
