Ingredients List for Indian Cookbook
« on: November 02, 2009, 11:53:18 am »
:-[ Seems I have to wait until December for my book, but, since I'm going to be in Perth in November, I thought I'd stock up on some of the ingredients needed.
Can anyone give me a list of the specialist spices? I have star anise, garam masala, yellow and black mustard seeds, ground cumin, cardamom & coriander, anything else? I also have ghee.

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Well done Kathryn.  :D I've added a couple of extras, hope I haven't upset the pattern you were doing it in.
