Yum - sounds good to me - especially with liver, but don't think too many other will agree.

I love liver, too ;D

This recipe does sound a bit like hospital fare, but it's great comfort food, especially in winter.

Notice how the blitzing times for the onion are so much less than what our books say - got to like that! These are the times I use now.

This early recipe intrigued me so I decided to make half quantity of it tonight for the current challenge to go with a pork chop and some green veg tomorrow. I thought the texture was OK so didn't see the need to do the last step to mush it up.  I think I'd leave the sugar out if I did it again but I'll reserve judgement on it until I serve it & taste it properly tomorrow.

Running late for lunch before I had to go out so I heated some of this up and had it on wholemeal toast.  I really enjoyed it, it's very tasty much to my surprise  ;D

I'm sure he would Denise and it's so easy to whip up.  Tasted better today than when first cooked last night as most TMX meals do.

Served with pork chop and steamed greens for tea last night then used the last of this for lunch today.  Wrapped in filo & baked in the a/f for 10 minutes 200o.
