Chookie, what do you mean by zapping something in the TMX? If I zap anything, it means the microwave.

Michele, I place what ever in bowl and turn the knob , usually to 6 , and mince until the required texture is reached. If liquid, I listen with cup in and if dry look down the hole. I usually have a fair idea how long it will take.

Today's bread. Laucke white with added mixed grains and oat bran.
Also pea and ham soup and curried chops and rice.

I started Chookie's overnight SD today and also made some of Hally's Zucchini and Ham scrolls.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

In this loaf,  75g of oat bran, 75 g pre cooked mixed grain and seeds ,350 g.  white Laucke bread flour.
