If you look at my diet, its healthy, veges, salads, proteins.

just no time to exercise, when at work for 45 hours a week, huge house and kids, and parents to look after.

Just a bit of a catch up with this topic. I lost 11 kg on Herbalife and didn't do low fat, but reduced (changed, really to rapadura etc) my sugar and starches and full fat.

I've been off Herbalife for over a month and have since lost another kilo, so pleased with that. I still take the Multivitamin and the Flora Fibre (a probiotic). Feeling better than ever! I still have a Herbalife smoothie every now and then for breakfast when I'm really busy or have to leave early. I love them!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Gosh Robyn, I wonder why you retained that much fluid. That's scary.  Great that you are feeling better. X

Have the doctors found why you retained so much fluid Robyn?

How awful, is there any residual damage?
I hope you feel better soon.
Take it slowly..

That's awful, Robyn! So glad that it's all gone. To lose fat, you have to reduce starchy and processed carbs and eat saturated fats like coconut oil. I've put on a kilo and stayed at that weight. My DH and my friends have all said I look so much better now. I was looking scrawny when I was on Herbalife.

I'm not keen on the ingredients in the shake powder and feel the products are too expensive. There's lots of money being made by Herbalife 'coaches' who have very little knowledge of nutrition. I'm glad I tried it as it helped me learn the best way to lose weight and maintain it for life and it's certainly not Herbalife (unless you plan to stay on it for life!).

well I have lost 12 kilos now, and feel fantastic. heaps of energy now. :D

I am stable, and back to what I was before kids, (11 years ago)  looking so much better..

Maybe just loose 3-4 kilos more would be good.  Can't do any exercise yet..

Cyndi from Changing Habits posted a link to this article about Herbalife....which I'm about to read and thought it might be good to share here too:
