Have not had passion fruit flummery in a long time chookie but still remember how good it is.

I am not sure if soy milk would work but for the sake of wasting 1 cup it's worth a try. Let us know how you go.

Yes I did Judy and this is what I found. It has your one whip icecream printed on the back too.

In the UK it was called milk jelly. Sometimes it separates and you get a two tone pudding. One more jelly, the other fluffier.
I'd actually still make this in the kenwood with the whisk.

I don't have that little booklet Kimmy but I daresay I did have at one stage. I found the ice-cream recipe in a very old cookbook, they are so interesting to look back on - simple & very few ingredients.

I will do the passion fruit Flummery tomorrow.  Looks ideal for the Tmx,  has a little flour in it and gelatine.

Oh yes, I've made a version of this from a Symply Too Good to be True recipe...I'll list changes that Annette Sym uses to make it lower in sugar and calories (maybe just diet jelly? -I can't remember), when I get the recipe books back from my mum so that everyone can try it :)

This is Annette's
2 cups frozen Berries
3/4 cup CHILLED light evaporated milk
2 x 200g tubs diet berry yogurt
1 sachet lite rasberry jelly
1/4 cup boiling water

Semi defrost berries.  Place evaporated milk in freezer until icy cold, Place  *: in refrigerator to chill.
Place chilled milk in TM  *:  with butterfly inserted and whip 2 minutes, speed 4 until thick and fluffy.
Whilst on speed 4 pour in yogurt through hole of lid and whip for another minute or two until thick and fluffy remove butterfly and mix in berries on  :-: speed 1 for a few seconds until blended through. Dissolve jelly in water pour into bowl mix for 2-3 seconds,  :-: for a few seconds there should still be small pieces of berries through mixture.
Pour into serving bowls and set in refrigerator. Serves 6 - 8.

Ahhh, thanks for posting that one berringamababe- and converting it!..I thought it had yoghurt....not quite as simple as Kimmy's version but might be better for people who watch their sugar?
