That sounds lovely Marina. We are having grilled steak and salad. We went to Margaret River today. We prepared lunch before we left and I left it on the table in the caravan!
We called at the cheese factory and the Berry farm. I came back with a few jams and some yoghurt and cheese. The jams are ones it would cost me a fortune to make like Blackcurrant, Boysenberry and Blackberries, even if I could buy the berries/currants.

That was a good pick-up cookie, bad luck about forgetting your lunch though.  Another nice little break you're having, nice to have such beautiful places within cooee of home.

I had a leftover piece of pork schnitzel with gravy & mashed potato from last night along with a garden salad.

I'm not sure what we are having. I don't think there will be much in the fridge. We meant to walk down the street and grab something before we left, but we met someone we see at Monkey Mia and the evening became a very lng one. It will probably be chicken ( from the freezer) curried and some rice. Naan bread if I have time.

I was home too late to bother cooking my planned meal tonight so I'm just having sardines and tomato on toast and some fruit/ice-cream.

This was our meal. I should have made individual dishes but did one large one instead. ( two actually) It had brown rice with toasted pepitas, chopped red and green cabbage, roasted red capsicum, radishes, red onion, tomatoes, chick peas and I think that's all. I put smoked salmon on the platter for DD and I and DH had a small tin of tuna on his. DH put mayonnaise on his and DD and I had cherry balsamic with EVOO. Oops forgot the snow pea sprouts.
It was delicious, with heaps left for tomorrow.

Wow Cookie amazing Salad Platters.  8) Your dinners sound good to me too Judy and KAtie :D

I've made Thermomix All In One Steamed Barramundi with Shaoxing Wine. Delicious. I used Cod instead of Barramundi.

I agree Chookie, such lovely meals girls.
I'm having one of these for tea, I don't buy packet mixes but this one was in one of my showbags and instead of it sitting in my pantry for years then being thrown out I decided to use it. 6 meals for me, not 4 as per packet. Will have a salad or steamed veggies with it.
