It certainly does look good maddy - my DH would have a fit if I served that much up to him at once  :D

Chicken smashed flat, with sundried tomatoes and bocconcini and olives in it. Rolled up and steamed with Baf's sauce on it and vegies in the Varoma.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Dinner was sausages, mash, vegetables and onion gravy from here. Haven't had this in ages but dh bought sausages for bbq dinner last night but we all had steak so had to use up the sausages.
Forgotten how tasty it is. Everyone loved it.

Dessert - Jabba's chocolate cashew cream

This was sooooo easy and quick.
Nice. Not quite rich enough for us but not sure if I put the right amount of cocoa in. Made a triple serving which served the kids fine. dd3 didn't like it as it was too nutty but the others did. Me I think of it as a healthy version of choc pudding and any excuse will do!! Yum!
I made it before cooking dinner and popped it in the fridge, had firmed up and chilled nicely. So a great quick and easy choc fix.

Nothing flash but very tasty - pan 'fried' eggs on toast and breakfast hash.

I made Shepherds Pie. Made mince in the TM, then chopped all veges in TM and cooked in an oven pan (too much for poor thermy) and then made mash in TM (left skin on for a change and to add some nutrients - was okay).
