Desserts / Re: Mango Kulfi

Given Sydney's hot weather I tried the mango kulfi. The only additions I made was to add a few saffron threads (soaked in a bit of warm milk) and 5 cardamon pods (crushed for seeds). It was a huge hit with two people wanting the recipe. Thank you Judy!

Thank you everyone! The article was very enlightening Djinni. I think Enjo was probably great before the availability of microfibre cloths.

Chit Chat / Enjo - is it worth it?

Happy New Year everyone. I have not been here of late but when I have a query and want unbiased honest answers I come here. I am thinking of buying Enjo especially for the kitchen and bathroom. Is it worth the money and which Enjo products do you recommend?

I have had this recipe saved for 5 years - to make it one day. Tonight we had it for dinner. Delicious. 5/5. Well worth the wait!

She seems to be very well known in the UK. Very readable books but hard to pin down a genre. About families & relationships - this one is about an older man married to a famous film star recluse who is confronted with his past - and how he deals with it.

I enjoyed reading it especially after finding out that belief in fairies was very prevalent in Ireland and Hannah Kent had gone to a lot of effort to ensure that it was historically accurate.

Chit Chat / Is there any way of finding this Forum's most popular recipes?
« on: September 11, 2016, 09:13:16 am »
As I am making the caramelised onion, mushroom and feta tartlets for the umpteenth time, I was wondering if there is any way of accessing the most popular recipes on this Forum.

Any takers?

Thank you! That's it! :)

Hi there

A long time ago someone placed a recipe for leg of lamb with balsamic vinegar and sun dried tomatoes. I have cooked it many times since it was so quick and easy and yet so tasty. Now for the life of me, I cannot find the recipe.

Can anyone help?

"Looking at buy a dishwasher just now .... thinking Miele"

We have been very happy with Miele. The best part is that I can call Miele customer service and they actually help you fix any minor problems over the phone rather than spending an expensive tradesman.

On the whole, very reliable. Would buy Miele again.

I did two big chicken breasts thinking it was enough for 3 but we are all almost fighting for more! Next time I will do one chicken breast for each person even though it looks enormous!
