New to Thermomix
« on: January 10, 2017, 04:47:51 pm »
Hello All:

I learned about Thermomix while my wife and I were traveling in Europe a few years ago.  I found out that the TM5 was available in the USA, and we purchased one last week.  I am now retired, was a trial lawyer (barrister) in the USA.  When I retired, I attended the San Francisco Baking Institute for their artisan bread course, and also attended the VPN (Vera Pizza Napoletana) for wood-fired pizza.  So I bake artisan bread most days, and cook in our wood-fired oven all kinds of things, including pizza.

Looking forward to learning and using our TM5!

Welcome to the Forum Michael.
We have some very keen bread bakers here so I'm sure you will fit right in. You will find you can do amazing things in the TM5. Have fun cooking in your new machine.

Welcome Michael. I'm sure you will enjoy the adventures with the thermomix. I'd love to see some photos of your artisan bread.
