What to cook with consultant ?
« on: May 27, 2014, 12:08:56 pm »
Hi everyone.
My tmx is going to be delivered tomorrow.  Any suggestions what I should cook with my consultant to learn tmx so that I can better use it on my own.
Regards
Nidhi

Will she do a standard delivery demonstration? Otherwise you could possibly ask her to make a couple of things you would like to make yourself. Things like custard, and bread/rolls show off the machine well. Also dips.

I would suggest Vegetable Stock Concentrate as it used in many recipes that you will try in your TM.  :) Enjoy your cooking tomorrow.

A standard demonstration would be one that they do for everyone. When I bought my thermomix the Varoma demonstration and the ordinary one were 2different things. We had a dip, bread rolls where the wheat was milled in the thermomix first, risotto, butter, a fruit sorbet and possibly something else. I can't remember as it was so long ago.
