Hi friends.
A beautiful sunny day here.A lovely walk with Chance early this morning. We had to alter our usual walk as the farmer has sprayed weed killer and I don't want for Chance to walk on the treated areas.

I hope you had a good lunch with DS and SIL Chookie.

Good morning to you all.  Biggest morning tea at the nursing home this morning so I will go in earlier than usual to support them in their fundraising efforts.

How did it go Judy?

Hi friends.
I don't say this very often but it's a fabulous warm day here today.  ;D making the most of it before the rain comes at the weekend. Walked Chance as much I could in the shade. He drunk loads of water when we returned home.

You sound like you have been having the most miserable spring - weather wise, CC.  I hope summer is kind to you .... not too hot, not too cold!

Good morning everyone, up earlier than usual for a local council forum thingy today.  Not sure what I have let myself in for to be honest, I was on my way out the door when she called me so I said yes to the invite!

Lovely morning tea yesterday Denise, the girls from the activity team had done all the baking.

Morning all.
CC, so glad you are having a warm day. Lovely.
Judy, nice that someone else is doing the catering.
Ral and I had a great catch up with DS and DIL. They both work in the city. We went to an Italian Restaurant called Vapiano. They have an unusual way of serving and charging. They give you a card which is a tab. You select your food and drinks and it is all put on the tab card. You pay when you leave.
We spent yesterday afternoon at the Queen Victoria Market. Haven't been there or a couple of years. I used to go weekly when we lived in Melbourne. Had a great time people watching and a little shopping.

CC it's nice to see you have a warm day to enjoy. Hope it warms up for a great Summer.
Judy, what a game of football last night, sorry Port couldn't pull off a win, I had backed them in the tipping comp.
We are in a Melbourne now after our 10 days in Tassie. Staying with youngest DS, DIL and 4 y.o GS for 4 nights before heading back to aperture on Sunday night.
A bit gloomy in Melbs today.
I hope everyone has a lovely day.

I love the QV markets too, I've usually made it there whenever I've visited Melbourne.  It's nice to see you now again have the time to be a visitor in your own capital city Chookie.
It was a great game Katj,  I didn't expect my team to win but I did want them to be competitive and they certainly were.
