Looks yummy Judy!  Maybe my cooking time is less as I used pressure cooker to steam vege, so it more soupy.  Love the look of yours!

Thanks Denzelmum, it's was still a bit steamy when I took the photo.  I'm expecting it to taste even better when I reheat it tomorrow.

Made this for lunch today.  We found it a bit salty but that could be because I used a chicken stock cube, maybe half a one next time.  Other than that we loved it.
