Cookie, nice to go to cooking class and be inspired.
Might make some lemon butter and falafels.
Picked a 1/2 bucket of Apricots yesterday. Will make jam.

We live up in Canning ValeJenni, but brother in law lived in Rockingham, not far from the shops. The funeral is down there tomorrow.

I've had a fun day cooking. I made 2 chocolate cakes, 3 dozen cupcakes and iced them, Kimmy's Carrot cake again as small cakes and a Polenta cake that Sophia fed us last week at the class.

The Gingernut biscuits are all gone. Will bake more today. I have posted the recipe in my Blog and when I have time will also put it on Forum.

Nice baking Cookie.

I made eggs & bacon pie with extras in it.

Ginger nuts didn't get made. Made 19 jars of Apricot jam instead.

Thanks Mich. most of the food was eaten today, the lady who organised the funeral asked if she could take a couple of small carrot cakes for her GC. ( she tasted them the other day) of course I said yes and then SIL took the little left. She probably had heaps of people at her house. We went to see MIL directly after the funeral. The poor old chook thought she was being picked up to go, yet she and DH had discussed it at length on Thursday and thought it best not too. Very sad.
