Cookie, what a great baker you are.

Chookie you are too kind. I have learned so much from you. Gayle black bread sounds delicious.
Today I made a Cheesy Pesto Brioche Wreath. The recipe is from a Taste magazine. I mucked around with it a bit and used the thermomix ( of course). DD is taking it to work for their Christmas lunch, but it smells delicious.

Djinni, that bread looks very tasty. There will be plenty for toast with a loaf that size. I can just taste it spread with cream cheese.
Cookie, that loaf is awesome. You are an absolute wonder. How lucky is DD to be able to take it to work.

Today I am baking 2 chickens and a Turkey Breast roll for visitors tomorrow.   Will also make the Cypriot grain salad again as everyone seems to like it. Also tossed green salad. Lots of plain rice. Lots of bread rolls.
Swedish Ice Cream Cake and Macadamia  and Almond nut tart. Ice cream in cones for kids.
Better get going. !

Judy the dip part is a mix of natural yoghurt, mayonnaise and some chilli and garlic pesto. With the aid of the trusty thermomix the bread was a breeze to make. It's a brioche dough and I did alter things a tiny bit.  I will post the recipe as the dough was lovely to work with.

Chookie, the bread looks lovely. I am making your 2 second salad for Christmas lunch this year. Will make mayo as you suggested and then the salad.
I remember when I first got my TMX 31,  7 yrs ago and I was sort of stalking you - made, my favourite quiche and 2 second salad (except I made 5 second salad).  Judy's caramelised onion, fetta and mushroom tarts, I could make them in my sleep as I have made so many batches. Cookies limoncello melting moments (my neighbour Ray says " love, cooking any biscuits, any time soon?) CC's non thermomix Herman the German - when the weather cools down will be making this again.
Thankyou to all the wonderful members that contribute so much time and are generous with their recipes.  :D

I made these biscuits this morning.  The recipe was from Best Recipes,  I did mine in the tmx, so much quicker.  DH and DS both give them the tick of approval.
I now have a meat loaf in the oven.

Ooops forgot the photo.
