Tonight I made some rather huge  :o burgers.
Spiced lamb burgers, on toasted turkish bread, with TM Tzatziki (with added sumac) on top & base, beetroot and cos.



Only managed to eat half of mine, so leftover could be nice cold for lunch  ;)

Late night at work tonight so took a quick break and defrosted JudyDawn's Breakfast Hash, teamed with ?'s (sorry, I didn't note down who submitted this recipe, but it was on the forum just last week) Steamed Garlic Rice - the combination worked really well.

LOL CC.......when it comes to burgers.....portion control always seems to be an issue!  :D
Maybe I should make chookies mini mac's instead  8)
They start off normal, but always end up bigger than Texas  ;D

Tonight we had  Italian pork sausage kebabs, with cucumber salad and garlic & herb toasts.



Tomato & cucumber are home grown.  Tomatoes were so sweet too  :)

Made a large dish of chicken balsamic bake  http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/24207/balsamic+chicken+bake



Was delish.  I did pre boil the potatoes first for 10mins. before roasting, used homegrown zucchini and tomatoes, and made 1 1/2 quantity of the balsamic drizzle.
