Had anyone worked out the calorie ammount for any of the recipes in the cook books?

Not that I know of Emma
I don't like calorie counting :(
I pretty much know what I can and can't eat (I do love the things I shouldn't eat though lol)

Maybe someone else can help you out more

I haven't but I know that you can use the nutritional panel calculator on this site to work it out. It already has some inbuilt ingredients and then you can add in others using the information from the panels on those products. Seems easy enough if you want to give it a go.

There are sites like calorieking.com.au which are really easy to use, to count calories of most foods.

Sorry Emma I haven't done that either. I just reduce the milk and cream to low fat and also reduce sugar in most recipes.

Hey...! I do not have much information about it but there are a lot of websites on the internet related to diet plan. I think you can take help from those sites.

Hey Robert, I see you have been posting a bit today and I was hoping you would pop over to the Home Page and post in The Introduce Yourself thread.  Tell us a bit more about yourself, how long you have had your Thermomix etc.

It's a great feature, more recipe books should provide this information.
