Sorry Jamberie. I find that funny. I'd be really hanging out at 900 calories. At least it gave you a good start.

Jam, I'm joining for the next round as well. I've never been on a diet or eating plan in my life but really need some structure at the moment and this looks like i could fit it in with our life as long as I'm organised.  Will be interested to hear your progress.

Katie are you part way through a round? If so how are you going?

I've just started week 9.  Weigh in day today (Wednesday) and I'm down another kg, so that's 7.5kg's lost in total.  I'm happy with that, but it really is just a start on what I need to lose.

I'm doing the beginners weight loss program, which would be different to the program you'd probably choose Wonder.

I'm really enjoying it, the recipes are nice and the mindset videos are a real help to me.  The last couple of weeks I haven't always cooked 12wbt recipes though and have been mixing in my own favourite recipes, but concentrating on good choices and portion control.

I haven't really followed her exercise program and have been doing my own thing - which is 10,000 steps a day and going to the gym 3 (sometimes 4) times a week.  12wbt recommend 6 gym visits a week, but time wise I can only fit in 3 most weeks.

Thanks Katie, I'll be really interested to read all the program information. Not sure how I'll fit everything in but hoping with the structure I'll be ok. I'm pretty good if I'm told what to do just not good if I have to think it up.

Congratulations Katie. That is an impressive loss. I think it is important to sometimes put your own foods in, as at the end of any program we need to return to our own foods. I firmly believe portion size is very important. I've found my portion size has crept up over the years. I am now trying hard to reduce it.
Super duper effort.

Thanks Cookie - I agree portion size is the key. I can easily avoid all the bad foods and sugar, it's the amount of food I serve (and eat) that's always been the problem. Getting better though!

Thanks Denise!
