Sounds really good Judy, thanks for converting, need to give it a go... best part is that they need to be baked and not deep fried :)

Good to know that I am not the only one  ;D
Put up a note next to the oven timer today, 'DO NOT SWITCH ON THE OVEN', it will surely keep my hands off  :-))

Looks like my baby brains are in action, had a very bad oooopps moment today..
So basically I turned the oven on to 200 deg to bake some chips and ended up with this :(

I had to put the bowl with yogurt in a warm place and stupid me, didnt take it out before switching on the oven :(((

Thanks everyone for your kind words :)
Yes Chookie, trying and spending time doing things I love so that it doesnt seem that hard after all and I keep thinking about how people have worse lives, so that I can be more thankful of what I have...

Rain for the past sooooo many weeks, I really want to see some beautiful autumn days ahead, hope it clears soon...

Gooood Morning all!!! Hope everyone is doing well, i have become very irregular here but keep thinking of you guys all the time, there is a wonderful positive vibe here :)

Life has become a routine for me in between toddler and baby, feeding, cooking, washing, drop n pick up from day care.. I have got this saying on my mobile case which says "Tomorrow will be a better day" which keeps me going and always keep reminding myself to keep the negative thots away, making a huge difference to how i feel...

Today spent some time gardenining which was good as it was not the usual routine stuff, there is something about smell of wet soil which is very therapeutic, i am sure u all will agree :)

It has been a while since I have posted :) Life has been a roller coaster, baby has been settling in well and I am recovering from my sleep deprivation, dark circles slowly dissappearing and reappearing on bad days ;)

How are you all? I have a lottt to catch up on, haven't experimented in a while, thinking of doing some baking today, planning to make C4 cookies, one of my daughter's fav... Hope you all have a great day n week ahead!!

Chookie, those sushi sandwiches look beautifulll.. My DD1 is very fond of sushi, as we are vegetarian, we have very few options in the shops, would love to try homemade... Chookie, have you used any recipe which you can share?

Gooooood Morning everyone!!!! I havent been on here for a while as life has been a rollercoaster for the past 3 weeks..

So after some dramatic false contractions, one morning I woke up with pain and my instincts telling me 'This is it'... Inspite of hubby still having his doubts drove me to the hospital at 4 in the morning... Fortunately the midwives told us that I was surely going to have the baby that day, I was so relieved as I was fed up with false contractions... Had a long labour but a quick n memorable water birth :) My little princess came into this world hale and healthy...
As soon as I passed that challenge, sleep deprivation kicked in big time :(

Unfortunately bub looks like is suffering from reflux so is finding it difficult to sleep day and night and therefore the saying, 'sleep while baby sleeps' is not working but trying to take one day at a time... will get there....

Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the holiday period :)
