Overnight SD loaf. Didn't put it in the fridge as it was cold enough inside once the AC was turned off.

Nice looking bread Chookie . Just pulled out of the oven blueberry and lemon muffins , was meant to be a loaf but decided muffins would be good . Hoping to have corned silverside , Aldi special . Just need to find the recipe to do it .

Chocolate, rice bubbles, butter and golden syrup.
Using up the odd bits in the pantry.

I made a loaf from the Thermomixbloggers #7breads#7 days ideas. It turned out well.

Love bread photos!  I recently threw out my bread flour as I've done so little baking and felt it was too old. Today I picked up a small package of pizza flour from Aldi though and if I buy any bread flour it will only be small packets now.

Cookie, that does look nice.
Judy, I have been buying 5 K bags instead of the 10Ks that I was buying.
The pork recipe was a great success. Had Asian flavours .

Nice baking ladies.  Not must happening in my kitchen, I seem to have run out of puff. :(

That's lovely Chookie.

I made some shortcrust pastry for a pie top tonight and then made the leftover pastry into jam tarts. DH and DD have almost eaten the 9'that it made.

I've made a classic  loaf today.http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16597.0
DH really likes this as it is quite fluffy. He isn't aware that it has spelt flour and oatbran added to the mix as well as lots of seeds.
