You've been very busy in the kitchen Margaret, great cooking.

I'm scared of pressure cookers too, I've never owned one and don't want one.
Ditto :)

I made some GF bread rolls (recipe off RC) last night - DH (who thinks all GF bead is disgusting) came back for a second.....then a third :D

Luckily I didn't burn myself.  I always stand well back from the pressure cooker and use a long wooden spoon to move the value to release the pressure.
The soup was mainly up the wall, on the bench top, floor and some on my clothes.

I'm scared of the stove top pressure cookers and I don't think I could use one of those.
Mine is an electric pressure cooker and it's very safe if used correctly.  It was user error for sure that saw the soup fly everywhere.

Thanks Astarra.
Katie, glad you are ok. Don't think I need a pressure  cooker.
Mab great cooking. Yes you do have to push the apples down well to preserve them in the Microwave.
Cookie all looks good.
We are eating a lot of soup.

I made a batch of the 120 cookies - used GF flour, coconut condensed milk and nuttelex so DF GF daughter could eat them, then miss 10 decided to make a batch using normal condensed milk and flour, so we have cookies galore ATM (& about 60 gf df balls of uncooked dough in the freezer)
I then made a double batch of choc muffins (again gf & df)
Hopefully that will help lunchbox filling for the next week or so :D

That's quite a batch of cookies you have there astarra, it would last many months in this house.

Cookies everywhere Astarra. They would even last ages here, however with your girls I can imagine they enjoy a cookie or two at school. Lovely that Miss 10 was feeling well enough to make some too.

Well done Astarra. Nothing like home made cookies. I have been buying them as haven't had time to bake, and they are horrible.

It's bread day. I have the Classic bread rising and will make up the rye starter dough to pop into the fridge overnight.
Tonight's dinner is a calzone with chicken, Passata, spinach and cheese in so I will start that dough early.
I made some cupcakes yesterday. Nothing fancy as they are for home eating. I find they always go down well at home.
