Interesting  item in today's Age about saving electricity.  Convection ovens get a big tick.

4 mins @200 turn  2 mins @200  pre heated

Not bad BZB i tried a 1/2 when i made themthis morning , much nicer when i had them for lunch brush with olive oil.heat  for 2mins

Looks great Uni :) I used a 22cm cake tin in my basket last night... Unfortunately I didn't get the timing/temp right :( cooked on tbe outside but oozy on the inside :(

Isi's Crispy Olives.  About 12 mins, flip, then 4 minutes, 200.  Baked for first 10 minutes in stainless steel container then in wire basket.
