Hi Monique, welcome to the forum.  Before ringing your consultant, have you checked that the feet on your machine are clean, is the machine sitting on a level surface and have you pulled the cord out fully?

My machine has done that a couple of times Monique and I have found something on one of the feet.
I hope this helps you. Welcome to the forum.

My scales went wrong. It would weigh "0" or say "max" I had to send it back to be mended, apparently the circuit board needed replacing.Although my machine was out of warranty U.K. Thermomix mended it free of charge.

It looks like you will need to contact your consultant or where ever you bought it from.
