JulieO and Cookie have you seen the inspiralized website. It's from a lady in NJ USA and she has some great recipes. I follow her on instagram as well as she's really into health and fitness and I find her recipes easy and tasty.

Yes Wonder, am loving her almost daily emails and have bought her first ebook (another one coming out in August).  I've made a couple of things already and will be making lots more as I'm really enjoying food like this as well as the Salads in a jar ones I've been making too.
She radiates good health and looks fantastic.  :D

Cookie, great buy at $2.50, can't go wrong there.  :)

I'll have a look at her website ASAP Julie and her book.

My shoes have lasted a day so I think I have my $2.50 worth.

THE SHOPPING THREAD :-)

Went to a specialty grocer Bottega Rotolo today and was on my best behaviour and only came out with a fabulous tin of smokey Spanish paprika and a couple of individual chocolates.  I was meeting my MIL for lunch and not going straight home, so wasn't tempted by the goodies in the temperature controlled cheese room. I may need to go back.....

That shows impressive restraint, ES, however I do agree, a return trip is probably warranted! ;)

A tupperware snack press for gnocchi, chevaps etc.

And a few goodies from the local Italian wholesaler...including 500g of dried porcini...works out so much cheaper :)

I'd love to hear what you think about the Tupperware snack press Maddy. I had a Tupperware party a few weeks ago and refrained (although I did buy the pressure cooker)...thinking I may need it now though!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/
