Made these today for my mums group and we all loved them,i made them a lot smaller to fit in toddler hands and I've got a few left for after dinner and will have to make another batch tomorrow to put in the freezer!  ;D  (picture only shows half of them)

I made this one today  :) very nice but also very sweet,next time (prob tomorrow) i'll make it with half the sugar  :)

I've made a sorbet and the no fail cupcakes from here in the cake section and it all came out perfect! Making a  shoppinglist of all the yummy things I will make in the next few days,stock will be one of them as I've noticed a lot of people on here mentioned the stock :-)

Yay my thermomix arrived this morning!!It's 46 here today so the first thing I will make will be a sorbet in the next hour :-)(was planning on hummus too but got no garlic and to hot to drag a 2 year old and a 4 month old to the shop just for garlic)

Complicated, born in Holland from an Australian father and a German/Dutch mother but have been in Australia for long enough to call myself Australian so voted west aust. :-)

If anyone is after the speculaas spice mix  ,there is a European shop in Perth Guildford name is all sorts, lots of dutch/german goodies spices and mixes.I do think most bigger supermarkets sell them in international section  :) The biscuits are delish with a coffee or on white fresh bread,yep that's how the dutchies eat them!

cookie1, I love food (and am one of those lucky ones that can eat anything  ;D ) so want to make anything from main meals to healthy snacks, cakes biscuits, icecream babyfood and so on anything but fish really.I really think my machine will do overtime.  ;)

Cool, thanks for that, will give it a go when it gets a bit cooler  :D
( i'm waiting for my TMX to arrive and am absolutely amazed how fast the cooking time is with a lot of recipes that i've come across during my research, getting more excited by the minute!)

Sounds very nice,even in the 44 degree day we have here today!I'll save this for a colder day but do I use dried lentils or soak them first?

Thanks all, i'm in the goldfields area :-) The fresh fruit is a great idea to get ready! I've got a 2 and a half year old that loves anything to do with fruit and some baby food is on the list too as my youngest is 4 and a half months now :-)

Hi all,
Thank you for the add on this fantastic forum.I have ordered a TMX 31 and it should arrive within the next 2 weeks,im so excited,have been researching recipes for weeks and found a whole lot more on here that I will definitely need to try :-)
