We've had fresh fish, with a few chips and salad for the last few nights. Tonight I'm using the small SC and doing a chicken and veggie casserole in it.

Thanks Cookie for the link to Chantenay carrots. :-*

They have a delicious flavour Chookie but they are small and fiddly to deal with being small and stubby.

For tonight I have a beef topside in the slowcooker with marinade. I'll serve it with roast potatoes and pumpkin, steamed corn, carrots, peas + beans, gravy and zucchini slice :)

We had roast chicken last night and with the cold leftovers I made Chicken Caesar Salad tonight for our dinner. To keep DH happy I steamed some Jersey Royal potatoes to add to it. ;D
