Boo, thanks for that.   Yes I can eat the green part of spring onions and also chives. I compensate for onion by adding lots of fresh herbs.
Marina, you can purchase an App for FODMAP. I have it on my iPad. Very handy , well presented and very easy to use. There are also spin offs available that suggest substitutes.

It has turned quite cool again. Occasional showers. Nice in the garden though.
Thousands at fun run. Also provision for walkers.
Obbie, that is a lot of prep for a boat license. Very important to be properly prepared.

I still canít get on to Tapatalk.

Are you doing FODMAPS Chookie?
Marina, sort of. I watched the Catalys program and it would seem that I have a slight FODMAP issue but my main problem with onion, apples and artificial sweeteners is that reaction happens too quickly to be a bowel problem. More an intolerance.
I watched the Catalyst programme as well and it was really interesting. I am thinking I should look into FODMAP more closely.  I am pretty sure Quirky Jo will have a lot of information on her web site / blog about this.
